Canadian Mortgage Professional is accepting entries for Rising Stars 2026, our annual spotlight of young achievers reshaping the industry from the inside out. 

 

We’re calling on brokers, lenders, teams, and peers across Canada to nominate standout individuals who are already making a measurable impact. 

 

We’re looking for emerging professionals who are: 

• 35 years old or under (as of October 1, 2026) 

• working in a mortgage-related role (brokerage, lending, tech, support, advisory, or services) 

• demonstrating leadership, innovation, performance, or influence in their space 

• not previously featured in CMP’s Rising Stars or Young Guns lists
